Fahad works in two trades in St. John’s, Newfoundland: he sells homes as a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, and he sells and leases cars. He wanted his own site for each.

- Every active listing, automatically. The site pulls every MLS® listing in St. John’s, Mount Pearl, Paradise and Conception Bay South from CREA’s data feed (DDF®) and refreshes about every three hours, so there’s nothing to update by hand.
- Search filters. Filters for price, beds, baths, building and property type, square footage, land size, maintenance fees, property tax, year built, garage, waterfront and open houses, plus four sort orders.
- A page for everything. Area pages for each municipality and a full detail page per listing (photo gallery, specs, costs), all indexable, with real-estate structured data for search engines.
- Contact. Every page has a call and email link to Fahad.

A car consultant’s inventory changes daily, so instead of listing cars, this site asks buyers what they want: budget, make and model, body style, new or used, and timeline. Fahad comes back with matching options. It also covers financing and trade-ins and shows 12 five-star Google and Facebook reviews.
How it’s built
Both sites share one design system (type, color tokens, components) on Astro, served from Cloudflare, with privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics. Pages are cached at the edge, so listing pages are served from cache while the data stays fresh. Built with an AI-assisted workflow in Claude Code.
